Chris Flim

Chris P. J. Flim started his own projectmanagement & consultancy firm in 2006 and works on several projects involving patients access and Telemedicine in the Netherlands.He works closely with NICTIZ (Dutch National Institute for ICT in Healthcare) and with several regional and international organizations.

Before starting his own company he worked for 2,5 years as CIO for the Dutch Doctors Association and for 2,5 years as a Strategy & Management Consultant for Capgemini.
He started his career and worked for 7 years at KPN, in product development, customer service & marketing. His focus is on change management from a people & organization perspective, where Telecom & ICT are an enabler, driver or simply a supporting tool.

Chris studied Business Informatics in Leiden and Rotterdam and fulfilled his military service as ICT projectmanager for the Engineers. (1st Lt).
